In the light of St. Jude’s School Vision – Mission statement that strongly pursues education of the students that is Christ – centered and directed towards integral human development, a Community Service Program becomes an integral component of its educational system and formation process.

Saint Jude Catholic School thus finds it imperative and urgent that its educational processes give priority to the awareness and consciousness of the struggles and problems that characterized our society and people. An awakened and conscienticized community which dedicates itself in its witnessing to the Divine Word actively manifested in its preferential option for the poor the full meaning of a truly nationalistic, contextualized and liberating Christian education.

The Community Service Program becomes a necessary instrument for the linkage of school and community, of the classroom and social reality, thus facilitating more dynamic learning and translation of potentials for community development into actual service for the benefit of the poor, under privileged, oppressed and exploited among our people.

In the process, the Judenites acquire a Christian orientation and lifestyle, which reveal a genuine commitment to Christ and fellow human beings.
