Please be informed that the Presidential Security Group (PSG) will be implementing Traffic Violation Receipts in the vicinity of Malacañang Palace.
These Receipts will be issued to violators of the following offense:
- OVERSPEEDING
- STALLED VEHICLE
- ILLEGAL PARKING
- OBSTRUCTION TO FLOW OF TRAFFIC
- ILLEGAL COUNTERFLOW
- ILLEGAL U-TURN
- LOADING AND UNLOADING IN NON-DESIGNATED AREAS
- DISRESPECT TO PERSON IN AUTHORITY
Sanctions for all offense are as follows:
| 1st Offense | - 2 WEEKS VEHICLE PASS SUSPENSION WITH ONE MARKING |
2nd Offense
| - 1 MONTH VEHICLE PASS SUSPENSION WITH ONE ADDITIONAL MARKING |
| 3rd Offense | - CONFISCATION OF VEHICLE PASS/DRIVER’S LICENSE |
