Drawn together by a common vision and mission, we believe in staying true and committed to the ideals of our founder, St. Arnold Janssen and the teachings of the Church. We believe in not compromising our principles and ensuring that we remain dedicated and true to our educational objectives and religious apostolate.

Discipline

Saint Jude Catholic School promulgates rules and regulations that are needed to govern the behavior of its members. For a school such as SJCS to function effectively, we believe in the need to develop and maintain a healthy school atmosphere conducive to the promotion and preservation of academic freedom and effective teaching and learning. In creating a conducive environment for teaching and learning, norms of conduct expected of members of the academic community should be met. We, likewise, believe that any disciplinary act that inflicts pain or harm upon a child is prejudicial to a person’s development and a form of violence that contradicts the very essence of Christ’s teachings and the school’s philosophy.

Service

The common good of society is at the heart of education at Saint Jude Catholic School. We believe that personal growth is meaningful only in the context of unselfish service not only to members of the academic community but to others as well. We commit to service not only that uplifts the human person’s quality of life especially the less fortunate and underprivileged but also one that aims to build Christian communities. We will ensure that our service ethics manifest a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, efficiency and professionalism.
